Wise Engineers has completed the structural engineering and civil drainage design for three exceptional coastal residences in Torquay, working in collaboration with Eldridge Anderson Architects.

The architectural concept presents striking elevated forms that appear to float above the landscape, with refined detailing and a seamless connection to the surrounding coastal environment.

Our engineering solutions were developed to complement and support the architectural vision, ensuring structural integrity, durability, and long-term performance.

With the design phase now complete, construction is set to commence, and we look forward to seeing these residences realised on site.
